You want a change.

I continue to be honored and humbled as I notice the commonalities within our life experiences, our triumphs and seeming face-plants, our relationship dynamics, our fears of not fully living into our potential, and the befuddling mixture of cacophony and grace with which we move ourselves through periods of inevitable growth.

I have mentioned this prospective gathering to many of you over the last year, and have heard your relief and excitement about venturing into something new, being (safely + comfortably!) challenged to understand and express yourself in new ways, and getting to have the all-too-rare opportunity to simply share space with other women who can empathize, in both psyche and substance, with your own experience.

I am inviting you each, specifically and deliberately, to this initial orientation for a combination of the following reasons:

• you are a woman I admire in this world... for your strength, the way you think and express yourself, or the way you look deeply inside and explore both the reasons you and you your life are the way they are, and the reasons and ways in which you wish they were different;

• you have expressed to me a (sometimes secret and timid, but nevertheless niggling) desire to connect deeply with like-minded humans;

• you have a great deal (more than you know) to offer other women, simply by being yourself; and,

• I am confident that while you have no idea what to expect (or are even totally horrified by the idea of spending even 30 seconds in a group of women), you will benefit profoundly and deeply by being in the "container" we will create together.

This initial orientation day is just a beginning introduction to ongoing, cumulative personal and leadership development work that I am interested to explore with (m)any of you over the coming year(s). At the end of the day I will be asking, humbly, for your feedback, so that these ongoing offerings have the benefit of your input.
