My clients and I share a reverence for our time on earth and for seeking to understand the different paths of all those whose time here may overlap with our own. We are each here to heal, and in healing our selves, and in building unfettered compassion for ourselves and others, we are healing the world as a whole.

It is an honor for me to share the experience of helping a body(/mind/spirit) restore itself to health and become robust, adaptable and resilient. I love to help motivate and steward deep personal growth, and help foster the development of a profound appreciation for all the beauty, order, and inspiration that exists in each of our lives, even in the midst of what can some days feel like ubiquitous chaos.

I am consistently moved by the hopeful, promising, open-minded way my clients begin to engage with their lives when they’re given the opportunity to understand their stories, histories, and fears, and start the work of letting them go. That right there is the most beautiful thing there is.
