Whether you have only a vague craving for a change in your life, or you are on a fierce and focused mission toward profound professional or leadership skills development, this program will provide a sense of connection and inspiration, and allow you to step consciously into your life with more clarity and meaning. Get out of a stuck place, find some joy and purpose (and beautiful new friends), and gain insights and tools to become the fearlessly unique, dynamic person you are here to be.
In these sessions, we use a series of pair and group activities to explore and hone our individual capacity for:
+ Self-awareness, self-love, nurturing + compassion
+ Confidence, humility, and personal truth-telling
+ Hearing our inner/higher smart person
+ Developing balance* in ourselves + our lives
*work/life, other/self, giving/receiving
+ Daily practices for continued personal + professional growth
+ Relaxing the overdeveloped and enhancing the underdeveloped aspects of ourselves
+ Identifying and releasing habits of behavior and thinking that do not serve us
Potluck lunch, tea, snacks. Discounts available for financial need.
