I work with businesses and organizations at pivotal moments — when things are changing, growth is on the horizon, or too much is being held by too few. I’m drawn to organizations where leaders care deeply about their mission, their people, and the trajectory they’re on, but where the integrity of systems — structures, policies, procedures, communication and culture —hasn’t kept pace with the vision. (Note: this is VERY common! If this is what you’re experiencing, you’re not alone.)
My approach blends skillful listening and care for humans, with process innovation, change management, and holistic, high-impact strategic planning. I help create clarity where there’s overwhelm, structure where there’s chaos, and foster a steady, reliable center of focus in the midst of change. My goal is to help businesses thrive — not just financially, but operationally and culturally.
This work matters to me because I believe a workplace can be a source of joy and personal growth for everyone involved — whether you’re President or Production worker; Director or Dishwasher. I’ve come to see that what makes a business truly thrive is health across the whole organism — from top to bottom, inside to out. That kind of health happens when every person in the system is empowered and in their right place, with the clarity, structure, and communication they need to do their work well. Clear processes and respectful communication lead to confident, effective, and engaged employees. It’s good processes for good people that make a business hum, from leadership to laborer.
